Hassane El-Khoury
President, Chief Executive Officer and Director

Hassane El-Khoury was elected as a director of ON Semiconductor Corporation and appointed as
President and Chief Executive Officer of onsemi and Semiconductor Components
Industries, LLC in December 2020. Prior to joining onsemi, El-Khoury served most
recently as president, chief executive officer and member of the board of directors at Cypress
Semiconductor until its sale to Infineon in April 2020. He held various roles spanning business unit
management, product development, applications engineering and business development during his
thirteen years at Cypress.
Mr. El-Khoury began his career at Continental Automotive Systems as a senior design
engineer. After immigrating to the United States from Lebanon at the age of 17, El-Khoury obtained a
Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Lawrence Technological University and master’s in
engineering management from Oakland University. He was a 2018 recipient of Silicon Valley’s 40 under
40 and is currently a member of the board of directors at Leia, Inc.

Thad Trent
Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

Thad Trent was appointed executive vice president and chief financial officer of
onsemi and Semiconductor Components Industries, LLC in February 2021 and has served
as treasurer since February 2021. Mr. Trent has held several leadership roles throughout his career,
most recently as CFO at Cypress Semiconductor responsible for strategic planning, accounting,
investor relations, tax, corporate development and information technology. Under his leadership,
Cypress’ revenue increased from $723 million to $2.5 billion and the enterprise value increased by
five times during his five year tenure as CFO.
He served as CFO at Cypress Semiconductor until its sale to Infineon in April 2020. He
is a seasoned finance professional with progressive leadership and management experience with both
global publicly held technology companies and startups. Mr. Trent has a proven track record of
driving sustainable financial performance, transformative mergers and acquisitions, operational
excellence, process efficiency, financial leadership, and robust compliance and regulatory control.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in business administration and finance at San Diego State
University.

Simon Keeton
Executive Vice President and General Manager, Power Solutions

Simon Keeton joined onsemi in 2007 and currently serves as executive vice president
and general manager of the Power Solutions Group of onsemi and Semiconductor
Components Industries, LLC. During his career, Mr. Keeton has held various management positions
within the Company. Before Mr. Keeton’s promotion to his current role on January 1, 2019, he was a
Senior Vice President and General Manager of the MOSFET Division.
From 2012 to 2016, Mr. Keeton served as Vice President and General Manager of the
Integrated Circuit Division under our former Standard Products Group. Prior to that time, he served
as Vice President and General Manager of the Consumer Products Division from 2009 to 2012 and as
Business Unit Director of our Signals and Interface Business Unit from 2007 to 2009. Before joining
the Company, Mr. Keeton served as Strategic Planning Manager of the Digital Enterprise Group of
Intel Corporation at Intel and held various marketing and business management roles at Vitesse
Semiconductor Corporation.

Sudhir Gopalswamy
Senior Vice President and General Manager, Advanced Solutions

Sudhir Gopalswamy joined onsemi in March 2022 and is currently the senior vice
president and general manager of the Advanced Solutions Group (ASG), responsible for business group
strategy, long-term product roadmaps and organization to ultimately drive gross margin and operating
income. Prior to his role in ASG, Sudhir was the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) driving our corporate
strategy development, annual strategic planning cycle, as well as key initiatives in our Gross
Margin task force.
Sudhir is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in leading global, cross-functional
organizations. He excels at conceptualizing and delivering semiconductor, software and system-level
solutions for our focus segments.
Before joining onsemi, Sudhir was a Senior Advisor to early-stage Silicon Valley
startups pursuing disruptive automation in the automotive, industrial and health sectors. Prior to
that, Sudhir was the Executive Vice President and Board Member of the Connected Secure Systems
Division of Infineon Technologies, where he was responsible for post-acquisition integration,
oversight of the IoT Compute & Wireless business line and contributing to the division strategy and
execution. Through the Infineon acquisition of Cypress Semiconductor, he successfully integrated
Cypress Business Units into the Infineon organization while achieving record-level revenue and
profit through the COVID-19 pandemic. Before joining Cypress, Sudhir held leadership positions with
ever-increasing scope at Intel Corporation and Conexant Systems, Inc.
Sudhir holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, as
well as a Master in Business Administration from Duke University. He also attended Stanford
Directors’ College at Stanford University, a top-tier executive education program for directors and
senior executives of publicly traded firms.
