Overview

MC14028Bデコーダは、4入力の8421 BCDコードで10進（1/10）デコード済み出力をするよう構築されています。3ビットのバイナリ入力では8進（1/8）コード出力になり、Dにはロジック「0」が強制されます。バイナリ-16進（1/16）などの拡張デコーディングは、他のMC14028Bデバイスを使用すると達成できます。コード変換、アドレス・デコーディング、メモリ選択制御、デマルチプレクシング、読み出しデコーディングに有用です。

  • Diode Protection on All Inputs
  • Supply Voltage Range = 3.0 Vdc to 18 Vdc
  • Capable of Driving Two Low-power TTL Loads or One Low-power Schottky TTL Load Over the Rated Temperature Range
  • Positive Logic Design
  • Low Outputs on All Illegal Input Combinations
  • Similar to CD4028B.
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
