Overview

CAT5136、CAT5137、CAT5138 は、デジタル POT のファミリであり、さまざまな構成でメカニカル・ポテンショメータのように動作します。127 個の等しい抵抗素子間のタップ・ポイントが、CMOS スイッチを介してワイパ出力に接続されます。スイッチは、I2C シリアル・バスを介して 7 ビットのワイパ制御レジスタ (WCR) によって制御されます。CAT5136 は可変抵抗器として構成されています。CAT5137 および CAT5138 は抵抗分圧器で、ポテンショメータの 1 端が GND に接続されています。CAT5137 と CAT5138 はデバイス ID が異なるため、両方を同じ I2C バスで使用できます。電源投入時に WCR はミッドスケール (1000000) に設定されます。
