NCS5651 は、高効率、クラス A/B、低歪み電力線ドライバです。電力線キャリア (PLC) モデムからの信号を受信するよう最適化されています。オペアンプ 2 つで構成されています。出力オペアンプの設計により、最大 2 A ピークを絶縁トランスフォーマへ、シンプルなコイル・カップリングをメインへドライブできます。出力電流 1.5 Aで、出力電圧はいずれかのレールで振幅 1 V 以下が保証され、SNR が改善します。 出力アンプに加え、小信号オペアンプがあり、ユニティ・ゲイン・フォロワー・バッファとして構成することも、4 ポール低パス・フィルタの最初のステージを与えることもできます。NCS5651 の電流制限は、単一の抵抗器、R-Limit を、電流制限フラグを併用してプログラミング可能です。2 つの独立したヒステリシス付き温度フラグがあります、サーマル警告フラグは内部接合部温度がユーザプログラマブルなサーマル警告閾値に達したことをユーザに通知します。サーマル・エラー・フラグは内部接合部温度が 150 °C を超えたことを示します。NCS5651 の電源電圧範囲は 6 ～ 12 V です。出力を高インピーダンスのままにしているとシャットダウンします。NCS5651 は、20 リード QFN パッケージ (4x4x1 mm3) で提供します。エクスポーズド・サーマル・パッド付きで、サーマル信頼性が向上しています。
