NCS333 ファミリの高精度アンプは、時間/温度範囲での超低入力オフセット電圧とほぼゼロのオフセット・ドリフトが特長です。低静止電流で、高インピーダンス入力はコモンモード範囲 100 mV までレールを超えることができ、レール・ツー・レール出力振幅は 50 mV 以内です。このようなオペアンプは、広い供給電圧範囲 1.8 V ～ 5.5 V で動作します。NCS333 ファミリは、従来の相補入力段に関連するクロスオーバーがなく、卓越した CMRR を示します。NCS333 とそのデュアル・バージョン NCS2333、クワッド・バージョン NCS4333 には、さまざまなパッケージやピンアウトがあります。車載認定バージョンにはプレフィックス NCV が付きます。
