Overview

MC3403 は真差動入力対応で低コストのクワッド・オペアンプです。このデバイスは、評判の MC1741C とよく似た電気的特性を持っています。しかし、単電源アプリケーションでは、標準タイプのオペアンプよりも複数の点で優位にあります。このクワッド・オペアンプは、最低 3.0 V、最高 36 V の電源電圧で動作でき、静止電流は (アンプ・ベースで) MC1741C 関連のそれの約 1/3 です。コモン・モードの入力範囲には負電源が含まれるため、多くのアプリケーションで外部バイアシング・コンポーネントが必要なくなります。出力電圧範囲にも負電源電圧が含まれます。
