MC33501/503 オペアンプは、入力と出力のいずれでもレール・ツー・レール動作をします。レールごとの出力振幅は 50 mV 以内です。こうしたレール・ツー・レール動作により、電源電圧範囲全体をフルに活用できます。超低電源電圧 (1.0 V およびグランド) で動作するよう設計されていますが、最大 7.0 V およびグランドの電源で動作できます。出力電流ブースト技術で高出力電流が可能になる一方でアンプのドレイン電流は最小に保たれます。

  • Input Voltage Range Includes Both Supply Rails
  • High Voltage Gain: 100 dB Typical @ 1.0 V
  • No Phase Reversal on the Output for Over-Driven Input Signals
  • Input Offset Trimmed to 0.5 mV Typical
  • Low Supply Current (ID = 1.2 mA/per Amplifier, Typical)
  • 600 W Drive Capability
  • Extended Operating Temperature Range (-40 to 105°C)
  • Pb-Free Packages are Available
