NCP398 は、過電圧保護デバイスで、Vbus ケーブルからやってくる高速過電圧から VCONN を保護します。この部品の有効化には、ENB ピンを使います。NCP398 は、UDFN パッケージおよび WLCSP パッケージで提案されます。
