NLPS22990 および NLPS22990N デバイスは、3.9 mΩ の、制御および調整可能なターンオンと内蔵 PG インジケータを備えたシングルチャネル・ロード・スイッチです。各デバイスは、0.6 V 〜 5.5 V の入力電圧範囲で動作する N チャネル MOSFET です。このスイッチは、10 A の最大連続電流をサポートします。3.9 mΩ のスイッチオン抵抗により、負荷スイッチの電圧降下と負荷スイッチからの電力損失の両方が最小限に抑えられます。デバイス・スイッチの立ち上がり時間を制御することにより、大きなバルク負荷容量に起因する突入電流が減少し、電源ドループが低減または排除されます。CT を介して調整可能なスルー・レートは、突入電流とパワーアップ・タイミング要件をトレードオフする設計の柔軟性を提供します。統合された PG インジケータは、ロード・スイッチのステータスをシステムに通知して、シームレスな電源シーケンスを促進します。 NLPS22990 には、スイッチが無効になったときに出力を迅速に放電するための 218-Ω のオンチップ抵抗があります。これにより、ダウンストリーム負荷へのフローティング供給によって引き起こされる未知の状態が回避されます。
