NCV47551 は、低ノイズ低出力電流統合低ドロップアウト・レギュレータで、厳しい車載環境向けに設計されています。広い動作温度範囲および入力電圧範囲に対応しています。調整可能電圧バージョンがあります。出力電圧精度は 3% です。高ピーク入力電圧耐性、逆入力電圧保護があります。過電流保護、過熱保護があり、出力電圧の状態を制御することもできます。統合入力センサという特長により、診断機能とシステム保護機能が得られます。デバイスの電流制限は CSO ピンに接続された抵抗器で調整可能です。CSO ピンの電圧は出力電流に比例します。
