Overview

この定電流レギュレータ/LED ドライバは、AC/DC 高電圧アプリケーション (最高 200 V) で LED を駆動するディスクリート・ソリューションを置き換えるよう設計されています。外付け抵抗があれば、回路設計者は LED アレイ別に駆動電流を設定できます。このディスクリート統合テクノロジーでは、コンポーネントを個別に扱わずに 1 つのパッケージにします。結果として大幅にシステム・コストが削減され、基板スペースが縮小します。この定電流レギュレータ/LED ドライバは、小型表面実装パッケージ SO-8 です。

  • 携帯機器：バッテリバックアップアプリケーションとシンプルなNi-CADバッテリ充電
  • 産業用：一般証明アプリケーションや小型アプリケーション
  • 車載：テールライト、方向指示器ライト、バックライト、ドームライト

  • 異なる入力電圧に対し、LED定電流を供給
  • 外付け抵抗によって電流を最大70 mAに設定可能
