Overview

NCV7693 は、3 つの独立した機能で使用される複数の外部スイッチング・コンポーネントを駆動するデバイスです。各 LED ストリングの平均電流は、デューティ比とバッテリ電圧を適切に選択することにより調整されます。ターゲット・アプリケーションは、車載リヤ・コンビネーション・ランプです。個々のドライバは、オープン・ロード、グランド短絡、またはバッテリ短絡を検知するための独自の診断機能を持ちます。LED の平均輝度レベルは、スイッチング・トランジスタと直列になっている適切なデューティ比制御と外部抵抗器を使って、簡単にプログラムできます。複数の LED ストリングを単一の NCV7693 デバイスで操作できます。TSSOP-14 パッケージで提供されます。
