Overview

NCL30170はスマート照明/フェーズカット調光アプリケーションの線形調整定電流LEDコントローラです。オン・セミコンダクター独自の自動転流トポロジによる高精度CC調整と超高性能PF/THDで、LED電流シリーズの多くを管理します。 スタンバイ・モードで調光カーブを線形にして電流消費を低減するため、アナログ調光範囲が広くなります。フェーズカット調光アプリケーションでは、入力電流シェイプ・モジュレーションによりPFも調光互換も優れています。セルフバイアシング高電圧レギュレータによりICバイアス電圧が安定するため、スタートアップ時間が短縮されます。NCL30170にはサーマル・シャットダウン、入力過電圧保護、センス抵抗器ショート保護、LED過電流制限など複数の保護機能があるため、システムの信頼性が高まります。
