Overview

NCP1593 は固定 1 MHz、高出力電流、同期 PWM コンバータで、低抵抗、ハイサイド P チャネル MOSFET およびローサイド N チャネル MOSFET を内蔵しています。NCP1593 は、内部補正された電流モード制御を利用して、良好な過渡応答、容易な実装、優れたループ安定性を提供します。入力電圧を 4.0 V から 5.5 V まで調整し、出力電圧を 0.6 V という低さまで下げ、最大 3 A の負荷電流を供給できます。 NCP1593 は、内部固定されたスイッチング周波数 (FSW)、内部ソフトスタートがあり、突入電流を制限します。その他の機能には、サイクル単位の電流制限、デューティ比 100% 操作、短絡保護、省電力モードおよびサーマル・シャットダウンがあります。
