Overview

NCP3020 は同期降圧型コントローラ (PWM コントローラ) で、広範な入力範囲で動作し、生成される出力電圧は 0.6 V と低くなるよう設計されています。NCP3020A は内蔵ゲート・ドライバを内蔵し、300 kHz 発振器 (NCP3020B は 600 kHz) を内部で設定しています。NCP3020 は相互コンダクタンス・エラー・アンプが外部で補償され、ソフトスタートは内部で固定されています。保護機能には、無損失電流制限とショート保護、出力過電圧保護、出力低電圧保護、入力低電圧ロックアウトなどがあります。NCP3020 は現在 SOIC-8 パッケージで提供されています。
