Overview

NCP1589L は低コストの PWM コントローラで、5 V または 12 V 電源で動作するように設計されています。このデバイスは、最低 0.8 V の出力電圧と最低 2.5 V の変換電圧を生成できます。操作が簡単で、電源のサイズとコストを削減するために最適なレベルの統合を提供します。ランプ・パルス変調モードで動作し、優れた負荷ステップとリリース応答を実現します。高速過渡応答に加えて、1.5 A ゲート・ドライバの設計と、適応型非重複回路やダイオード・エミュレーションなどの軽負荷効率機能も含まれています。通常、連続電流伝導モードでは 200 〜 500 kHz の範囲で動作し、軽負荷時に電流が減少するとさらに電力が節約されます。保護機能には、プログラム可能過電流保護、出力過電圧、低電圧保護、入力低電圧ロックアウトが含まれます。
