Overview

NCP1365 による新しいソリューションのターゲットは、ユニバーサルメイン・フライバック・アプリケーションの出力電力レベル数 W ～ 20 W です。新しいメソッドにより、セカンダリ・フィードバック回路 (通常はオプトカプラと TL431 リファレンス) が必要なくなります。その一方で、活線/負荷レギュレーションに優れています。NCP1365 は、高負荷時にバレー・ロックアウト疑似共振ピーク電流モード制御モードで動作し、高効率を実現します。セカンダリ・サイドの電力が下がり始めると、デューティ比を自動調整し、その後はバレー・スイッチング検知によって、低負荷時には、固定ピーク電流でのパルス周波数変調に入ります。この技術により、小さいダミー負荷で、出力レギュレーションを保持します。最初の 4 バレーでのバレー・ロックアウトにより、バレーのジャンピング動作を防止した後、低負荷時のバレー・スイッチングによって高効率を実現します。
