Overview

NCP1338 は、電流モード・モジュレータと減磁ディテクタとの組み合わせで、どのような負荷/活線状態でも完全な電流境界/臨界モードを確保し、ドレイン電圧スイッチング (擬似共振動作) も最小にします。Soxyless コンセプトにより、外部信号を使用しなくても、トランスフォーマ・コアのリセットを内部で検出します。周波数は内部で 130 kHz に制限され、CISPR-22 EMI 始動限界の 150 kHz を超えて動作するのを防ぎます。フィードバック・ピンのアクティビティを監視しているため、電力需要が事前定義レベルを下回るとすぐにスキップ・モードへ移行します。内部 Soft-Skip™ によって再起動はソフトになり、周波数は 25 kHz を下回ることがないため、可聴ノイズはありません。NCP1338 は効率のよい保護回路もあるため、過電流状態で出力パルスが無効化され、安全なバーストモードに移行して再起動を試行します。デフォルト値が消失しても自動で復旧します。バルク電圧監視機能 (電圧低下保護) 調整可能な過電力補償、VCC OVP もあります。フォールト・タイマはこれらのどの状態でもリセットされ、状態が解消されたとき、直ちにコントローラを再起動することを保証します。最後に、内部ソフトスタートは 4.0 ms なので、スタートアップでこれまでのようなストレスが軽減されます。NCP1338 は、外付け DC 電圧源により VCC 電源電圧を提供されているアプリケーションで使用できます。CP1338 vs NCP1337: BO 状態が適用されると、コントローラは両方とも停止します。BO 状態がなくなった際、NCP1337 はフォールト・タイマがタイムアウトしていると再起動しませんが、NCP1338 は必ず再起動します (Vcc が 12 V より高い場合)
