このアレイでは NPN ダーリントン・トランジスタ 7 個が接続されており、さまざまな産業用および民生用アプリケーションでのドライビング・ランプ、リレー、プリンタ・ハンマに最適です。高耐圧と内蔵の抑制ダイオードにより、誘導負荷にまつわる問題から解放されることを保証します。白熱照明の駆動でのピーク高突入電流は 500 mA まで許容されます。2.7 kΩ シリーズの入力抵抗器 ULx2003A は、5.0 V の TTL または CMOS 論理を活用するシステムに最適です。
