この「インバータ IPM」は、HV-DC から 3 相出力にいたるすべての高電圧 (HV) 制御を単一の SIP (シングル・インライン・パッケージ) モジュールに収めた、高集積デバイスです。出力段には IGBT/FRD 技術を使用し、低電圧保護 (UVP) を実装しています。ハイサイド・ゲート・ブースト・ドライブのため、内部にブースト・ダイオードがあります。

  • 上側プリドライバ電源用ブートストラップ回路を内蔵しており1電源駆動が可能。
  • マイコンレベルの低電圧による直接制御駆動が可能
  • 上下相の同時オン防止回路を内蔵
  • 基板温度測定用に外部接続端子付きのサーミスタを内蔵
  • 認定 : UL1557 (File number: E339285)
