NSVJ3557SA3 は、シングル N チャネル・ジャンクション FET で、低ノイズ・アンプ (LNA) を特長とし、車載アンテナ・アプリケーションに適しています。このデバイスは、低ノイズ特性を持つ高い順伝達アドミタンスを備え、現行の JFET よりも高い ESD 耐量を提供します。このデバイスは AEC-Q101 認定および PPAP 対応で、車載アプリケーションに適しています。
