オン・セミコンダクター AS0142AT は車載用ビューイング・アプリケーション向けの 1.0 MP CMOS デジタル・イメージセンサであり、シグナルプロセッサです。このデバイスは HDR イメージ/ビデオを強化するフルオート機能サポート (AWB および AE) とALTM (適応型ローカル・トーン・マッピング) を搭載しています。AS0142AT は DR-Pix を採用した高感度 3.0 m ピクセルと高度なノイズ低減を実装し、優れた低照度性能を実現しています。リニア・モードか高ダイナミックレンジ・モードのいずれかで動作できます。AS0142AT はビデオ (マスター) モードまたはシングル・フレーム・トリガ・モードで操作することができ、マルチカメラ・システムに柔軟性を持たせます。
